From the supplier: Dutch Regale Bakery uses the VT60 vacuum cleaner from Nilfisk-Advance America to clean its artisan hearth ovens. The VT60 vacuum consists of a bypass motor and four-stage filtration system that includes a High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter. The HEPA filter is capable of removing 99.97% of wet and dry ultrafine particles of up to 0.3 microns, making the cleaning process easier, faster and more efficient.
